Abstract

In the paper the method for determination of distribution of heat sources in the solidus-liquidus interval has been presented. The numerical algorithm realizing inverse problems of solidification and self-cooling and minimizing a certain functional has been applied. The functional compares calculation result with experimental ones for a real cast. The dependence between stability conditions of the front and distribution of crystallization heat have been shown.
