Abstract

An industrial process for (NH₄)₂ SO₄ crystn. from the soln. after NH₃ water flue gas desulfurization was presented. The fertilizer produced (average grain size of 0.5 mm) meets the requirements of the European Union. The prodn. was successfully implemented in Poland (60 Gg/yr).
