Abstract

The aim of this article is to present knowledge management processes in the networks and clusters in creative industries from the perspective of their activity. For this purpose, the concept of an action net, which subordinates the process of knowledge management, as well as the methods and techniques applied to the practical, common activities implemented in a network or a cluster, were used. The research was conducted with the use of case studies analysis, which identified the action net diagram visualized through the Event Process Chain (EPC) diagram. The diagrams in particular presented actions (processes, activities, realised tasks) and states (effects, resources, values) and the relationships between these elements. An added value of this article is the fact that the action net was used so as to describe and analyse the functioning of creative clusters. Among the clusters in which processes of knowledge management were analysed, three cases were chosen, where the Action Net Creating Emotional Value (ANCEV) was identified and described. These are the action nets where products and external effects connected with emotional values can be distinguished.
