Abstract
Organic substances of both plant and animal origin can be used as a renewable energy source. A mixture called formed fuel may be obtained with use of various technological processes and with mixing of various combustible substances, . Such fuel can be additionally mixed with fossil fuel and, subsequently, used in energy processes. The paper presents a part of experimental research on formed fuels, their combustion and co-combustion, as well as influence on emission of waste gases.
