Abstract

The paper presents the priority areas of development of additive production technologies, in particular the methods of topological optimization and generative design to improve the parameters of the structures of parts by size and mass characteristics. Peculiarities of topological optimization of production design processes in Netfabb design software environment are given. A reinforcing aluminum frame of composite materials is generated to increase their fatigue strength characteristics in places of the highest stress concentration. The results of modeling and analysis of different types of lattice structures of 3D models by the built-in module of engineering calculation ADS Nastran, by the finite element method are given. Graphical dependences of strength characteristics of 3D models of details on parameters and configuration of the generated structure of a reinforcing framework are received.
