Abstract

This paper shows usability of antimony sulfoiodide (SbSI) nanowires as photoconductive humidity sensors. Qualitatively different photoconductivity transient characteristics for low, and high humidity have been observed. Desorption of H<inf>2</inf>O from SbSI nanowires surface is reported.
