High performance digitally synthesized source for very low-frequency AC voltage calibrator

Abstract

The paper describes a high-performance digitally synthesized source (DSS) designed for low-frequency ac voltage calibrator. The source generates very stable and accurate sinusoidal ac voltage from 1.2 to 12 V in frequency range from a few μHz to 100 kHz.
