Abstract

Integer matrices, in particular (0, 1)-matrices, are widely used not only in modern mathematics, but also in computer science and its applications, like designing and programming intelligent systems. The aim of this paper is to introduce a group action on binary matrices and to generalize it to integer matrices, and to present possibilities of their use in the new concept of the electromechanical device that could be helpful in the treatment of aphasia.
