Abstract

An application of energy measure of fuzziness to the alignment of QSR complexes of echocardiography (ECG) signal for averaging and R-R interval measures is presented. The studies were conducted for signal to noise ratio (SNR) from -15 to 20 dB. The precision of QSR waves localization was slightly worse than the Fourier shift method. The advantage of the method is its computational simplicity, which allows the use of the method to construct computer analysis of ECG signal.
