Research output: Contribution to journal › Article › peer-review

Abstract

The article presents the application of the MBB (Moving Block Bootstrap) method for short-term load forecasting of public utility facilities. The forecasts are intended to support the selection of strategies for optimizing electricity consumption. The study was conducted under real, everyday operating conditions using two types of buildings typical for municipalities: swimming pools and office buildings. The analysis also took into account additional power quality parameters, such as the power factor.
