Abstract

The aim of the study was to perform a comparative analysis of the transverse abdominal muscles in patients before and after resection of the lung parenchyma. As part of the work, study was carried out on a group of 32 healthy people and a 41-person study group. Zebris FDM-S platform was used for measuring the pressure of the feet on the substrate and the device measuring the abdominal circumference. Measurements on the research group were made the day before the procedure and 7 days after the procedure under the same test conditions. Due to the condition of patients after the operation, only 15 of the examined patients participated in the study. The obtained results were presented in the form of diagrams. Based on them, the impact of abdominal lateral muscles on body posture was assessed.
