Abstract
The energy losses are analyzed in a theoretical manner. The first part of the paper is devoted to the energy losses under conditions of droplets flowing through blade channels for Re less than 1. The possibility of approximate solution of the problem is analyzed. In the second part of the paper a set of differential equations determining the energy losses are solved in the case of presence of liquid particles in the wake. In addition the losses are determined for a constant velocity of the gaseous phase in the wake. The accurate and approximate results are compared.
