Abstract

The paper presents economic evaluation of absorption refrigerating systems with the application of formulated dimensionless parameters. The efficiency of using absorption and compression refrigerating systems for air-conditioning in mines has been compared, taking into consideration the utilization of waste energy for minimize the production costs of cold.
