Abstract
Flame atomic absorption procedure has been developed for the determination of chemical composition of γ′ phase isolates. The samples are dissolved in nitric and hydrofluoric acids. To compensate the influences of matrix at the γ′ phase forming element determinations it is possible to construct the analytical curves using a single specific standard. It is based on the use a few different weighed amount of the standard, to which after or during dissolution the given amounts of main element are introduced to make its content in standards and samples analyzed comparable, compensating at the same time its influence on the determination of a given analyte element. Some results were presented by comparison of the two variants of AAS method using a single specific standard.
