Abstract

A system of repetitive processes is treated as a distributed system composed of autonomous and repetitive process flows that compete for access to the common resources. In these paper the problem of production preparation (production preconditioning - PP) for such class of systems is considered. In this context in the paper different approaches are presented: conditions of the steady state behavior of the system, as well as condition of assigning of new production order to the system that is in steady-state. Third from presented approaches presents conditions of system synchronization transition between two known (expected) states.
