Abstract
. Within the cooperation of the Central Office of Measures (GUM) in Poland and the Department of Measurement Science, Electronics and Control (KMEiA) of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, the aim of which is to expand the measuring infrastructure in the field of impedance measurements, four-terminal-pair thermostated sets of capacitance standards with values ranging from 1 nF to 10 µF were constructed. The values of the capacitance reproduced by the developed standards with a dielectric C0G/NP0 is characterized by high accuracy and stability. Moreover, the dielectric loss factor of these standards is below 6 × 10-5 at 1 kHz. The paper presents the construction of capacitance standards and results of testing of their thermal stability.
