Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present an urban space simulator built in the Unity engine. Agents were put in the constructed urban space, which corresponded to the real space of Gliwice, Poland. Each agent's needs were established using Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, and their distribution was realized using a neural network. Points were constructed and plotted to satisfy the wants that appeared in agents in order to realize them. The movement of the agents was dictated by the current necessity that had to be met. In the resulting scenario, it was determined to imitate Covid-19 infectivity while accounting for the virus's varying degrees of virulence and the agents' use of protective masks. A variety of simulations were run to acquire the results, including the fulfillment of only fundamental requirements according to Maslow's theory, the satisfaction of all needs, i.e., lower and higher orders, and random fulfillment of needs. The second variable was whether or not protective masks were worn. As a result, six alternative simulation variations were created. In the context of Covid-19, agent status was divided into four categories: infected, infected without symptoms, infected with symptoms, critically unwell, and healthy. To acquire test statistics, the simulations were ran on 50 to 500 agents and repeated. The findings imply that...
