Abstract

The paper presents an analytical method of buffer capacity adjustment for TNC controller that may be regarded as a network interface for amateur Packet Radio network. We consider the case of minimum buffer capacity that allows for continuous transmission at the sender side, regardless of transmission rates and effective throughput on wired and wireless link of TNC.
