Abstract

Music with metrorhythmic features, which depends on the patient’s biomarkers and the expected results achieved in biocybernetic feedback, can be a significant support in motor dysfunction treatment. However, the effectiveness of auditory stimulation depends on the subjective and objective perception of music’s features. It concerns both metrorhythmics and melodic-harmonic background. The literature on the subject indicates that the perception of musical material varies depending on many factors. Among them are the current psycho-emotional state, the degree of familiarity with the piece, memories associated with the musical material under analysis, and even the time of day. Thus, the direction of the search for the characteristics of the songs following the patient’s preferences is a highly complex issue, undoubtedly. This article proposes methods for the structured collection of information about the patient that could help determine the features of his biopsychosocial profile that could affect the perception and reception of music.
