N2 - This paper will be limited to a discussion of a special form of the mappings for plane surfaces with complex boundaries given by the set of points from boundary. We will show on the basis of the before mentioned papers the simple and effective automatic way how to obtain the quadrilateral mesh from the discrete set of points from the boundary. The mesh will be obtaining using Cubic Splines for generation the boundary curves that are essential for the bilinear projector. Our results will be presented on a set of simple examples for quadrilateral meshes of convex and concave domains. This paper will give effective and simple engineering tool for everybody who needs support during the pre-processing for Finite Element Method.
