Analysis of visitors impact on the museum rooms microclimate

The paper presents the results of the analysis of the visitors' attendance in the museum building and its impact on microclimate in exhibition halls. Three museum buildings were selected for this investigation. The museums differ in construction and are located in three different cities in southern part of Poland. It was examined whether there were differences in the number of visitors depending on the time of a year, the day of a week or the period of a day. Recording environmental parameters (temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration) with a five-minute time step allowed to analyse the dynamics of changes in these parameters due to the number of visitors to the museum premises.
