Abstract
The article presents the concept of analysis of diagnostic data (measurements of the tubes thickness), the purpose of which is to identify the boiler operating parameters affecting local tubes’ wear and limit the intensity of erosion of heating surfaces. In order to perform the analysis, measurements of the tubes thickness (tubes bending area at the end of refreactory) were collected for the period of three years of operation of the fluidized boiler. The recorded measurements were compared with each other, and preliminary data analysis indicates that the intensity of erosion of heating surfaces is neither even nor permanent in time. Determination of dependence between boiler operation and the intensity of wear tubes is intended to enable extend boiler working time, better planning of maintenance shutdowns, reduction in number of emergency shutdowns caused by leak-age of tubes.
