AI Governance: Ethics of Trustworthy AI in Healthcare

This paper examines the ethical, societal and managerial implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, emphasizing the framework of Trustworthy AI as defined by the European Union's Ethics Guidelines. The analysis adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative tools such as Voyant Tools, Word Counter, and Text Analyser to evaluate the document's structure and content, and a qualitative exploration of its ethical principles. Focusing on the seven pillars of Trustworthy AI - human agency and oversight, technical robustness and safety, privacy and data governance, transparency, diversity and fairness, societal and environmental well-being, and accountability - the study offers analysis about their frequency, contextual applications, and managerial implications. This paper provides an interdisciplinary analysis of the document "Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Applications, Risks, and Ethical and Societal Impacts"by combining management, philosophy, sociology, linguistics and healthcare.
