Abstract

This paper describes a new procedure for determining the complex voltage ratio, which is implemented in the sampling-based digital impedance bridge being developed at the Silesian University of Technology in collaboration with the Central Office of Measures and the University of Zielona Góra, all from Poland. The new procedure utilizes innovative cross-multiplexer and modified software responsible for measuring complex voltage ratios and calculating the calibrated impedance standard. We report the results of a digitizers' nonlinearity, which is crucial for applying the modified method for determining the impedance ratio.
