Abstract
Results of study of AM controlled Class DE inverter have been presented in the paper. The output power control theoretical characteristics with influence of nonlinear Mosfet output capacitance have been determined. Modules of the inverter were described: control circuit, half-bridge Mosfet power board and resonant load with 50 Ω resistor. Oscillograms, measurements of output power characteristics and inverter efficiency calculation (71-81%) were presented.
