    Exactacoat (SONO-TEK) – Ultrasonic coating system
    Two-nozzle system allowing coatings to be applied at frequencies of:
    -25 kHz
    -60 kHz
    -120 kHz
    -180 kHz

    Advantages of ultrasonically applied coatings:

    -Reduction of material consumption and spray loss by up to 80%
    -High spray pattern control for reliable, consistent results
    -Ability to deliver very low flow rates
    -Controllable droplet size
    -Z-axis movement allows optimisation of spray pattern width
